All returns:
- MUST be sent within 7 working days to STAGESTRUCK dancewear , 24 Derwent Street,Sunderland,Wearside,SR1 3NU for either an exchange, a credit or a refund. All orders are double checked however if any picking errors occur please inform us within 48 hours from receipt of the order.
- must be sent postage paid. We recommend recorded post as we accept no responsibility for mislaid parcels.
- must be sent in new resalable condition in the original
packaging with tags still attached. All tights, makeup and special orders are a final sale. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Printed items may fade with repeated washing. We recommend these items are washed by hand. Printed items can not be exchanged after the tag is removed.
For a fast process enclose a copy of your invoice as well as your instructions. Postage will be charged for any additional items or different styles ordered in exchange. Please allow 14 working days for your replacement. however please note there is a minimum £3.00 handling charge per item for ALL refunds.Items that cost more than £3 to post to you, the handling cost will be charged at Royal mail 1st class rates. All refunds are for merchandise only. Postage is non-refundable in any circumstances unless items are faulty, charged incorrectly or picking error.
We endeavour to process refunds as quickly as possible however it can take up to 3 weeks. Post Christmas orders can be returned up to the end of January
STAGESTRUCK is not liable for any postage costs on returns or exchanges.The free UK P&P offer is only available for the initial order,or subsequent new orders.
STAGESTRUCK is not liable for any returns that go missing in the post,to be sure,please return items recorded delivery or with a proof of postage so you can be copensated for lost items from your post office.
STAGESTRUCK will refund any postage charges for returns if the order was in error or the wrong item was sent.
All orders can only be cancelled by email,anytime prior to your order being shipped.
