Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept all major credit/debit cards including American Express. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

If an order needs to be cancelled,this can be done any time prior to your goods being shipped,and can only be done by Email.

Shipping And Handling All orders come with free UK post & packaging using 2nd Class Royal Mail or £2.95 for 1st Class.

You can select to have the item deivered recorded delivery (£3.95) or special delivery next working day (£6.99).

Please enter your delivery preference in the special instructions box on checkout.

All other european countries shipping is £5.95 per order and outside europe is £7.95 per order for quantities upto 3 items.

Delivery Schedule We deliver your order the same day,if in stock.If not in stock will normally send your order to you in 3-7 business days .

International orders are generally received in under 10 days.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges All prices include VAT where applicable.

Returns Policy We strive for your satisfaction.This is our main priority. (Please donot hesitate to call us if you have any quiries or problems.)

Returns & exchanges

All returns:

- MUST be sent within 7 working days to STAGESTRUCK dancewear , 24 Derwent Street,Sunderland,Wearside,SR1 3NU for either an exchange, a credit or a refund. All orders are double checked however if any picking errors occur please inform us within 48 hours from receipt of the order.

- must be sent postage paid. We recommend recorded post as we accept no responsibility for mislaid parcels.

- must be sent in new resalable condition in the original

packaging with tags still attached. All tights, makeup and special orders are a final sale. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Printed items may fade with repeated washing. We recommend these items are washed by hand. Printed items can not be exchanged after the tag is removed.

For a fast process enclose a copy of your invoice as well as your instructions. Postage will be charged for any additional items or different styles ordered in exchange. Please allow 14 working days for your replacement. however please note there is a minimum £3.00 handling charge per item for ALL refunds.Items that cost more than £3 to post to you, the handling cost will be charged at Royal mail 1st class rates. All refunds are for merchandise only. Postage is non-refundable in any circumstances unless items are faulty, charged incorrectly or picking error.

We endeavour to process refunds as quickly as possible however it can take up to 3 weeks. Post Christmas orders can be returned up to the end of January
